Surplus Carcano M91 Cavalry Carbine 6.5x52mm

Update 03/11/21: We have received a small shipment of early style Carcano Cavalry Carbines without the top handguard and the original spring loaded bayonet. We also have some variations of these early models with upgraded bayonet mechanisms.

In addition to the early style Cavalry Carbines we also received some that do not have a top handguard but have the nose cap with a metal tab for a handguard. This is how we received them from the Carabinieri and we are assuming these carbines were in the process of being converted from the original condition (without top handguard) or the handguards where removed by the Carabinieri at some point. We do not know why these are like this except for the few that have the original spring loaded bayonets. We will be offering these at a discount, except the models with the 1st pattern spring loaded bayonets.

Surplus Carcano M91 Cavalry Carbine 6.5x52mm. These are original Italian Carcano M91 Cavalry carbines, from the Italian Carabinieri and they are in Good to Fair Surplus condition. These carbines have probably been sitting in the Carabinieri’s armories for the last 50 plus years.

The model M91 Cavalry Carbine was built to be a carbine, this is not a cut down version of an M91 rifle! The feature a folding bayonet. Each carbine comes with one 6 round En Bloc Clip.

We are not offering a “HAND PICK” option on these as they are very consistent throughout the lot, and we do not think it worth charging the extra money for a Hand Pick. We will not be able to accommodate special requests on these.
